At Pro Sboor™, we stand behind the quality of our athletic gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help.

30-Day Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To ensure a successful return, items must be in Original Condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or deodorant marks.
  • Must include all original Pro Sboor™ tags and packaging.

Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 restocking fees.
  • Return Shipping (General): For sizing issues or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item is damaged, Pro Sboor™ covers 100% of the return costs. Please contact us for a pre-paid label.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 48 hours), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • USA Customers: 3-5 Business Days
  • International: 7-10 Business Days

4. How to Start a Return

Please email support@prosboor.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. All authorized returns must be mailed to our administration office:
