1. Free Shipping Threshold ELITE BENEFIT

We provide Free Standard Shipping on all domestic USA orders totaling $99.00 or more (calculated after discounts and before taxes). For orders under $99, a flat-rate fee is applied at checkout based on the package weight.

2. Order Handling & Tracking

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST Monday-Friday begin processing the same day. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx will be sent to your email immediately. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier system to update.

3. Address Integrity

To ensure 10-day delivery, please verify your shipping address at checkout. Pro Sboor™ is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address entry. Packages returned to our Sheridan, WY facility due to incorrect addresses may incur a reshipping fee.
