To ensure our customers receive their authentic jerseys as quickly as possible, Pro Sboor uses an automated fulfillment system. Because order processing begins rapidly, we have a strict window for order modifications or cancellations.

1. The 12-Hour Cancellation Window

Once this 12-hour window has passed, or if the order has already entered the processing/packaging stage (whichever comes first), the order cannot be canceled. At that point, our standard 30-Day Return Policy will apply once you receive your jersey.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, you must contact us immediately via email. Cancellation requests sent after the 12-hour mark cannot be guaranteed as orders are routed quickly to fulfillment.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is confirmed within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the funds to reflect in your account (USA) or up to 10 business days for international banking institutions.
